Refunds: Full refund of conference fees for cancellations before March 31, 2019.

Hotel Reservations:

Conference participants must call the hotel directly for room reservations. Reservations may be made at the hotel of choice and each offers a discounted room rate for conference participants: Range: $119 for double occupancy rooms at all establishments and suites at the Hampton Inn from $139-$169.

The hotels have reserved a block of rooms for NWRETAC. The block of rooms will be held until March 15, 2019. Reservation requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the group rate. Tax exempt room nights must be accompanied by a tax exempt number.
